Do I need to keep my browser open all the time?+
No. It collects whenever your browser is open and you're logged in to Airbnb. For best results, keep it open for a few hours at least once a week. Larger portfolios are collected in small batches spread over a few hours, which keeps activity on your Airbnb account gentle.
Is it safe for my Airbnb account?+
The extension only reads your own performance data and never changes anything on your account. It uses your existing login; we never see your password. It works slowly, in small batches, and pauses by itself if Airbnb asks it to slow down. Destination Asset isn't affiliated with Airbnb, and Airbnb's terms restrict automated tools in general, so while we consider the risk low, it isn't zero. You can uninstall anytime.
Is my Airbnb password shared?+
No. The extension uses your existing browser session only. No passwords or login credentials are ever accessed or stored.
What if I use multiple browsers?+
The extension must be installed in the same browser where you are logged into your Airbnb host account.
What if I reinstall my browser or get a new computer?+
Simply reinstall the extension and enter your access key again. All your historical data is stored securely on our server and is never lost.
Which listings are collected?+
Only active (Listed) listings are collected. Unlisted or paused listings are skipped automatically.
What if something looks wrong?+
Contact us and we'll investigate. There's also a Sync Now button in the extension, but you rarely need it, since collection runs by itself.
