Do I need to keep my browser open all the time?+
No. The extension collects data whenever your browser is open. As long as the Chrome-based browser runs at least once during the week while you are logged into Airbnb, the collection will complete automatically.
Is my Airbnb password shared?+
No. The extension uses your existing browser session only. No passwords or login credentials are ever accessed or stored.
What if I use multiple browsers?+
The extension must be installed in the same browser where you are logged into your Airbnb host account.
What if I reinstall my browser or get a new computer?+
Simply reinstall the extension and enter your access key again. All your historical data is stored securely on our server and is never lost.
Which listings are collected?+
Only active (Listed) listings are collected. Unlisted or paused listings are skipped automatically.
