Who this is for

The Extension is distributed privately to Destination Asset clients who have an active management relationship with us. It is not intended for general public use.

What the Extension accesses

When you are signed in to your Airbnb host account in the same browser, the Extension reads listing performance metrics from your Airbnb account using your existing signed-in session. Specifically, it collects:

• Listing identifiers, names, and listed/unlisted status
• Conversion and visibility metrics (e.g. conversion rate, search and listing conversion, first-page impression rate)
• Page views and wishlist counts
• Weekly, monthly, and forward-looking performance figures for your listings

The Extension does notcollect your Airbnb password, payment information, guest personal data, messages, or booking details. It does not read pages outside of Airbnb's performance data, and it does not track your general browsing activity.

How the data is used

The data is used solely to provide you and Destination Asset with analytics about your listings' performance, presented in your analytics dashboard. We use it to monitor trends, report on results, and inform optimization of your listings.

We do not use your data for any purpose beyond the analytics service described here. Specifically, we never use or transfer your data to serve personalized advertisements, interest-based advertising, or for any monetization purpose unrelated to this service.

Where the data goes

Collected metrics are transmitted over secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in Destination Asset's secure database (hosted on Supabase). Each client's data is associated with a private access key issued to that client. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

Authentication

The Extension is activated with a private access key provided by Destination Asset. It uses your browser's existing Airbnb session to read your performance data; it never stores or transmits your Airbnb login credentials.

Data retention

Performance metrics are retained for as long as you remain a Destination Asset client and for a reasonable period afterward for reporting continuity. You may request deletion of your collected data at any time (see Contact).

Your choices

You can stop all collection at any time by removing your access key from the Extension or uninstalling it. To request access to, or deletion of, your stored data, contact us below.
